The quality of the seeds for sowing is one of the most important prerequisites for high yields and high quality agricultural production. High potential seeds produced on the field need careful and thorough cleaning, grading, treatment and packing (preparation of the seeds).

We have the most modern equipment at our disposal allowing us to offer uncompromising preparation of your seeds. The technology applied includes:

• Input control of the quantity of seeds received and their moisture, contamination, etc.
• Storage of the seeds for preparation in separate conical silos in strict observance of all requirements to prevent any admixtures and contamination of the seeds during storage, transportation and processing;
• Pre-cleaning with powerful air aspiration;
• Fine cleaning of the seeds with precise selection of screen sets and calibration;
• Removal of heavy particles and stones;
• Cleaning of the seeds with indent cylinders;
• Removal of light admixtures in the seeds (wild oats, etc.);
• If necessary – colour sorting of the delicate and difficult to clean seeds;
• Treatment of the seeds by computer controlled sealed seed treatment machine in strict observance of the treatment standards and full coverage;
• Automated packaging in bags of 5 to 50 kg or Big Bags.
